Autel U.S. has partnered with ALLDATA, an AutoZone company, to integrate original equipment manufacturer (OEM) repair information into its MaxiSYS diagnostic software. The integration connects vehicle fault codes with corresponding factory repair procedures without requiring technicians to switch between separate systems.
The functionality is available on several MaxiSYS tablets, including the Ultra EV platform designed for electric vehicle (EV) diagnostics. The Ultra EV provides high-voltage system diagnostics and battery pack analysis for electric and hybrid vehicles.
The integration connects MaxiSYS software with ALLDATA Repair, the company’s database of OEM diagnostic and repair information. Technicians can select a fault code to access corresponding diagnostic procedures and possible causes. A split-screen interface displays repair information alongside the original scan results.
The system also provides access to ALLDATA Diagnostic Intelligence, a separate solution that combines OEM repair information with real-world repair data and AI-assisted diagnostic insights.
The integration became available on November 1, 2026. Existing ALLDATA Repair subscribers can access the functionality using their current accounts.
Autel and ALLDATA will demonstrate the integration at the SEMA Show, taking place November 3–6, 2026, and AAPEX 2026, running November 3–5, 2026. Both events will be held in Las Vegas.
