Paul J. Heney, Vice President, Editorial Director
Paul J. Heney, the VP, Editorial Director for Design World magazine, has a BS in Engineering Science & Mechanics and minors in Technical Communications and Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech. He has written about fluid power, aerospace, robotics, medical, green engineering, and general manufacturing topics for more than 25 years. He has won numerous regional and national awards for his writing from the American Society of Business Publication Editors.
Aimee Kalnoskas, Editor in Chief
Aimee Kalnoskas serves as Editor in Chief for EE World and WTWH online communities, EDABoard.com and Electro-Tech-Online.com and most recently, EngineersGarage.com. Aimee began her career in electronics and technical publishing in 1984, and has served as a speaker and panelist at numerous industry events and as moderator for many webcasts serving the electronics industry. Aimee’s interest in electronics began early in life thanks to her father, an electronics engineer who felt that oscilloscopes also made highly effective nightlights for his seven children.
Michelle Froese, Managing Editor
Michelle Froese has more than 20 years of technical writing and editing experience. She attended Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada, and has written and edited for several industries — including renewable energy, energy storage, electronics, construction, fastening, and adhesives. She enjoys covering issues related to sustainability and design engineering.
Martin Rowe, Senior Technical Editor
Martin Rowe is the Senior Technical Editor of 5G Technology World, a site for engineers adding wireless connectivity to devices and for engineers working on the wired and wireless aspects of 5G networks. He’s been a technical editor since 1992 starting with Test & Measurement World. He moved to EDN in 2013 when T&MW folded, continuing to cover test and measurement of all things electronic. Through various acquisitions, Martin picked up covering test for EE Times. He began covering 5G developments for EDN in the mid-2000s. Martin holds a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Bentley College (now Bentley University).
Emma Lutjen, Associate Editor
Emma Lutjen is an Associate Editor for EV Engineering & Infrastructure. She began her editing career in 2018 but entered the industry working for Signal Integrity and Microwave Journal in 2022, prior to joining WTWH. Emma holds a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Jeff Shepard, Contributor
As the founder of The Darnell Group and Darnell Research, Inc., Jeff launched the PowerPulse.net website in 1999 — the first daily news website for the global power electronics engineering community. Additionally, he published The PowerPulseDaily newsletter, which covered the latest technology and industry developments in all aspects of power semiconductors and power electronics. In addition to other research activities, Jeff has authored and contributed industry reports on AC power, DC power, Energy Harvesting, and more. Jeff is a mathematical economist and technologist with over 35-years of experience in the power electronics industry and began his career as an applications engineer and marketing manager in 1979.

Aharon Etengoff, Contributor
Aharon Etengoff brings years of experience from both the semiconductor and telecom sectors. At Rambus, he focused on creating content for HBM and GDDR memories, as well as interface and security IP. During his time with Synopsys, he explored AI-powered EDA tools, chiplets, 3DIC, and NPUs for readers of the company blog. At CommScope, Etengoff managed media relations for the 5G outdoor wireless network segment and authored technical articles and bylines. As TG Daily Managing Editor, he oversaw a team of writers covering trending tech topics. Etengoff studied English literature at Bar Ilan University.
Courtney Nagle, Senior Vice President
Courtney Nagle serves as Senior Vice President at WTWH Media, where she is responsible for strategic planning of the industrial division. Courtney joined the company in 2012 and holds a B.A from Bowling Green State University. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband and two kids.
