Third-generation smart mobile EV system offers fast, on-demand charging

By Michelle Froese | September 10, 2025

Gotion offers the third-generation Eplvs Smart Mobile Charger, a self-driving, energy-storage charging solution designed to bring fast, reliable power directly to electric vehicles (EVs) wherever it’s needed.

The Eplvs Smart Mobile Charger integrates high-capacity energy storage with 60-kW dc fast-charging capability, enabling on-the-spot power delivery for EVs at airports, business parks, railway stations, logistics hubs, service areas, and residential districts.

With a compact footprint (2100 × 1054 × 1400mm), and mobility of up to 5 km/h, the system is engineered for flexible deployment across diverse environments.

Key features

  • Smarter safety and a longer life. Advanced charge/discharge control improves efficiency, while a layered thermal management system extends battery lifespan and ensures full-system safety.
  • High-power, with fast charging. Delivers rapid charging in minutes using SiC technology to reduce energy loss and maximize output.
  • Autonomous driving. Optional modules allow for unmanned operation, reducing maintenance needs and boosting use rates.
  • Real-time visibility and updates. Integrated monitoring platform provides live system data, OTA (over-the-air) updates, and early fault alerts for seamless connectivity and control.
  • Durable design. Built with automotive-grade lithium iron phosphate batteries and IP67 protection, ensuring robust performance in challenging conditions.

With a storage capacity of up to 184 kWh and intelligent energy management, the Eplvs Smart Mobile Charger streamlines operations, lowers costs, and offers customized charging solutions for fleet operators, public facilities, and private enterprises.
