SINBON Electronics Co., a Taiwan-based electronics system integrator, will participate for its first time at The Battery Show North America 2025, October 7–9 at Huntington Place in Detroit, Michigan (Booth 2152).
Exhibiting under the theme Plug-and-Play Revolution: Reliable Charging Systems for a Connected World, the company will highlight its latest technologies for high-power EV charging and advanced thermal management.
In addition to its growing presence in EVs and EVSE (electric vehicle supply equipment), SINBON recently expanded its US operations with a new manufacturing facility in Ohio, more than doubling its domestic footprint. The investment strengthens the company’s regional supply chain and manufacturing capacity to support EV partners in the United States.
At the show, SINBON will present a range of technologies designed to support fast-charging infrastructure and improve system efficiency, including:
- High-power charging cables rated up to 600A for demanding fast-charge use cases.
- Liquid-cooled charging cables for extreme fast charging (XFC) to reduce charging times.
- NACS-compatible liquid-cooled cables supporting the North American Charging Standard.
- Thermal management systems for charging stations, including a proprietary UL-certified liquid cooling system capable of supporting up to 1-MW charging.
- Modular charging inlets (NACS and CCS) with optimized conductivity across multiple conductor materials.
Global EV adoption continues to accelerate. According to BloombergNEF, global passenger EV sales are projected to grow 25% in 2025 and reach 39 million units by 2030, more than doubling the 17.6 million sold in 2024. SINBON’s expanded US presence and portfolio of charging solutions reflect its role in supporting domestic and global EV growth.
