Showcasing EV thermal management and compact drives at CES 2025

By Michelle Froese | January 6, 2025

MAHLE will showcase its latest advancements in electrification at CES 2025 in Las Vegas this week, focusing on sustainable mobility solutions and the technologies driving electric vehicles (EVs). The company’s exhibit will spotlight groundbreaking developments in battery cooling systems, integrated thermal management, and compact drives (visit Booth #5652).

The new high-performance bionic fan is inspired by the wings and feathers of an owl reducing loud noises from fans under full load and when charging vehicles.

One exhibit highlight is MAHLE’s next-generation battery cooling system, designed to extend battery life and increase charging efficiency. This solution addresses critical challenges in EV performance by maintaining optimal temperatures during rapid charging.

Additionally, MAHLE will feature its integrated thermal management systems, which combine climate control for passengers and efficient thermal regulation of vehicle components, significantly improving EV range and energy efficiency.

The compact drive systems on display are another key focus, demonstrating MAHLE’s expertise in lightweight, high-performance electric motors designed to enhance the efficiency of EV powertrains. These systems are scalable and suitable for various applications, from passenger cars to commercial vehicles.

The company’s presence at CES 2025 underscores its commitment to sustainable innovation, showcasing technologies that support the transition to electrified transportation. Visit MAHLE’s booth at CES to explore these advancements firsthand and learn more about the company’s efforts to shape the future of mobility.
