Showcasing advanced liquid-cooled EV fast-charging cables

By Michelle Froese | October 23, 2025

Philatron Wire & Cable, a US manufacturer of high-performance wire and cable solutions, is introducing its latest generation of electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging cable technologies, engineered for current-carrying capacity, flexibility, and safety.

These innovations will be featured in a live exhibit and testing demonstration during the upcoming CharIN North America Testival & Conference, taking place November 4th to 6th, 2025, at the Glen Ivy Golf Club in Corona, California.

Philatron’s new custom silicone liquid-cooled EV cables represent a major advancement in high-current fast-charging technology, providing improved heat dissipation, reduced weight, and longer service life under demanding conditions.

Additional featured products include:

  • Extra-flexible subzero EV charging cables: Designed for maximum flexibility and durability in extreme temperatures, with resistance to abrasion, chemicals, flame, water, and ozone.
  • UL-listed TYPE EVJE 300 V and TYPE EVE 600/1000-V power cables: Certified for reliable energy delivery across residential, commercial, and fleet charging systems.

Enabling ultra-fast charging networks

As ultra-fast charging expands across North America, Philatron’s engineering expertise ensures that its cable solutions deliver the thermal stability and electrical performance required for next-generation EV infrastructure. These advancements support EV manufacturers, charging-station developers, and utilities working toward faster charge times, improved efficiency, and safer energy delivery.

American manufacturing

An ISO- and IATF-certified manufacturer with more than 51 years of experience, Philatron continues to set the benchmark for quality, reliability, and U.S.-made innovation. Its participation in CharIN’s Testival reinforces the company’s leadership in advancing sustainable transportation through engineered cable solutions designed and built in America.
