Remote monitoring and support for EV charging stations

By Michelle Froese | January 23, 2025

Circontrol, an electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions manufacturer, has launched its service portfolio, designed to support EV charging infrastructures, ensuring reliable operation.

The company is offering three different service packs, including:

  • Preventive services and monitoring
  • Remote and onsite support
  • Spare parts stocking programs and training levels

This offer is combined with its warranty policy, which considers the commissioning and options for warranty extension.

Wolfspeed offers a range of EV charging options, including fast and ultra-fast charging solutions. Compared to ac semi-fast stations, its dc fast chargers provide significantly shorter charging times, capable of charging most EVs up to 80% in just 30 to 45 minutes. This makes on-road charging operations faster and more convenient.

The ultra-fast series is equipped with advanced cooled cable technology, enabling it to adapt seamlessly to the charging curve of any EV. With a voltage capacity of up to 920 V and a power output of 400 kW, this series delivers a stable dc high-power charge at 500A, ensuring efficiency and reliability for high-demand charging scenarios.

More than 165,000 Circontrol chargers have been installed in more than 60 countries of which more than 5.000 were dc stations.
