Predictive battery analytics support real-time EV health monitoring

By Michelle Froese | August 20, 2026

ELECTRA AI has entered into a partnership with electric-vehicle (EV) manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) to integrate battery-health monitoring and predictive analytics across OSM’s EV portfolio.

The integration is designed to provide real-time battery monitoring along with State of Health (SoH) and Remaining Useful Life (RUL) estimates. The battery data will give OSM greater visibility into battery condition and performance throughout vehicle operation.

ELECTRA AI’s predictive capabilities are also intended to identify potential battery issues before they affect vehicle operation, supporting proactive maintenance and reducing unplanned downtime.

OSM plans to use the resulting battery-performance data for warranty management and product development. The companies expect the technology to help optimize battery utilization and improve vehicle performance across OSM’s EV fleet.
