Colliers announced a partnership with EnviroSpark to support the planning, deployment, and operation of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across commercial properties in North America. The collaboration focuses on integrating EV charging systems into office, retail, and mixed-use developments managed by Colliers.
Under the agreement, EnviroSpark will provide EV charging system design, installation, and operational support, while Colliers will coordinate deployment strategies aligned with individual property requirements.
The effort is intended to address technical, operational, and ownership considerations associated with EV charging infrastructure in commercial real estate environments.
The partnership allows property owners to select from multiple EV charging ownership and operating models, including turnkey and client-owned systems. This flexibility can support different capital planning approaches, utility interconnection requirements, and long-term operational needs as EV adoption increases.
For EV engineers and infrastructure planners, the collaboration highlights the growing demand for scalable charging solutions in commercial settings, where factors such as electrical capacity, load management, interoperability, and future expansion must be considered during system design.
As EV adoption continues to expand across North America, integrating reliable charging infrastructure into the built environment is becoming an increasingly important part of commercial property planning and operations.
