Danisense, a manufacturer of high-accuracy current sense transducers, has released the DSSIU-1-V, a compact power supply and interface unit designed to support a wide range of its flux gate current transducers (DCCTs).
The unit is particularly relevant for applications such as electric vehicle (EV) test benches, power measurement, and precision current sensing.
The DSSIU-1-V features a standard D-sub-9 connector for straightforward integration and includes an integrated Voltage Output Module (VOM) that converts the measured current into a voltage output accessible via a BNC connector.
Users can select between 1V and 10V output, making the device compatible with a variety of measurement instruments.
Measuring 130 x 116 x 56mm, the DSSIU-1-V is powered by universal mains and is intended for setups where only one transducer requires support. It is designed to facilitate accurate current measurement in settings such as EV testing, hall effect and flux gate DCCT applications, current calibration, and general power analysis.
