New collaboration enhances EV hubs with charge station management

By Michelle Froese | September 25, 2024

XLR8 America, a company specializing in electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, recently formed a partnership with EVoke Systems, a provider of charge station management systems (CSMS).

Through this collaboration, XLR8 America will provide parking owners and operators with a comprehensive solution to manage and optimize EV charging infrastructure, focusing on reliable performance and scalable capacity to meet local demand.

As the demand for EV charging infrastructure accelerates, parking facilities are becoming essential hubs for EV drivers.

The partnership between XLR8 America and EVoke Systems responds to this need by combining XLR8 America’s experience in second-generation EV charging infrastructure with EVoke’s management and reporting capabilities.

This collaboration equips parking lot owners and operators to:
  • Seamlessly integrate with existing systems: EVoke’s CSMS is designed for easy integration into existing parking management and operational systems, ensuring scalability and minimal disruption during implementation.
  • Optimize energy use and costs: EVoke’s intelligent load management system helps balance charging loads, reducing energy costs and the need for expensive building infrastructure upgrades.
  • Unlock new revenue streams: Flexible pricing and access control tools allow parking operators to create customized pricing policies and offer discounts, unlocking new revenue opportunities.
  • Simplify management reporting: Obtain monthly transaction revenue reports, broken down by charging sites and chargers, along with third-party reporting for government rebates.
  • Streamline operations: EVoke’s intuitive interface and group management features streamline the management of multiple charging stations across various locations.
  • Enhance EV driver satisfaction: Features like idle fee management and access control create a simple and convenient charging experience for EV drivers, fostering customer loyalty.
  • Ensure data-driven reliability: XLR8’s data-driven approach ensures charging stations are operational and accessible when drivers need them.

“This partnership enhances our ability to offer parking operators EV Charging that integrates seamlessly into existing operations,” said Frank O’Connor, CEO of XLR8 America. “Data-driven AI solutions not only optimize EV charging infrastructure to meet current demand, but also foster long-term business growth. The goal is to enhance customer experience by focusing on individual facility customization and charging station reliability.”
