Automat Solutions has launched two AI-based platforms for battery electrolyte development and materials research: LyteMatch and LyteGuide.
LyteMatch allows battery developers to search and compare electrolyte formulations based on chemistry, application, operating temperature, and other performance requirements.
The platform provides research associated with each formulation and compares characteristics such as ionic conductivity, electrochemical stability, viscosity, thermal stability, safety, price, and expected delivery time.
LyteGuide extends the platform into literature research and technical analysis. Users can search scientific papers, analyze documents, request material recommendations, and ask technical questions using natural language.
The research assistant includes modules covering lithium-ion, sodium-ion, silicon-anode, and lithium-metal batteries. It can be used to investigate issues including interface stability, electrolyte safety, formulation optimization, and lithium-metal compatibility.
“Battery innovation requires faster access to knowledge, better formulation tools, and stronger links between research and manufacturing,” said Jason Wang, COO of Automat Solutions. “These platforms bring AI directly into the workflow of battery developers and help accelerate the path from concept to validated electrolyte solutions.”
LyteMatch and LyteGuide are available for partner evaluation and rollout planning.
