ITG Electronics to show EV power magnetics at The Battery Show

By Michelle Froese | September 22, 2026

ITG Electronics will showcase its LLC Transformer and Thermal Enabled Resonant Inductor at The Battery Show North America 2026, October 12–15 at Huntington Place in Detroit (Booth 5413).

The components are designed for LLC resonant converter applications in electric vehicles, battery systems, charging infrastructure, and other high-power applications.

As electrification continues to drive higher power densities and efficiency requirements, thermal performance is becoming an increasingly important consideration in power electronics design. ITG Electronics’ Thermal Enabled Resonant Inductor is designed for LLC resonant converter topologies, helping engineers address electrical performance, power density, and thermal management requirements.

The solution is intended for compact, high-efficiency power conversion systems where conventional thermal-management approaches can become a limiting factor.

When combined with ITG Electronics’ LLC Transformer capabilities, the technologies are designed around the performance requirements of modern LLC resonant converters. The topology is increasingly used in high-efficiency power conversion applications because it can support soft switching, reduce switching losses, and enable higher operating frequencies.

At The Battery Show, ITG Electronics will discuss applications including EV power electronics, onboard charging, dc-dc conversion, battery energy storage systems, charging infrastructure, and other high-frequency power conversion platforms.

Beyond its LLC-focused technologies, ITG Electronics offers a portfolio of power magnetics, including inductors, transformers, chokes, and custom magnetic components.
