Dukosi achieves ASPICE Level 2 for EV cell monitoring development

By Michelle Froese | November 25, 2025

Dukosi Ltd. recently announced that it has achieved Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) Capability Level 2 for the development processes supporting its next-generation cell monitoring system for automotive and electric vehicle (EV) applications.

The assessment, completed by UL Solutions in accordance with ASPICE PAM 4.0 and ISO/IEC 33002, indicates that Dukosi’s software and system development processes meet the quality and consistency requirements expected by automotive customers.

ASPICE, developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), is a widely adopted framework used by OEMs and suppliers to evaluate software-based development processes. ASPICE Level 2 is also widely recognized in North America, where automakers and Tier-1 suppliers use it to evaluate software development maturity for EV and automotive systems.

Achieving Level 2 reflects that Dukosi’s processes are formally managed, with work products established, controlled, and maintained across system development, software development, support functions, and project management. The assessment also aligns with ISO 26262 for functional safety.

“Our goal is to demonstrate that our development processes meet the quality and safety expectations of automotive customers,” said Mark Pinto, CEO of Dukosi.
