Driving electrification forward with advanced e-mobility technology

By Michelle Froese | September 26, 2025

TE Connectivity (TE), a global manufacturer of connectors and sensors, will exhibit at The Battery Show North America 2025, showcasing technologies that enable safer, more efficient, and higher-performing electric vehicles (EVs).

The company will feature its broad portfolio of high-voltage connectors, contactors, battery management components, and thermal management solutions designed for advanced e-mobility (visit Booth 2829).

Demonstrations will show how TE products address key engineering challenges in high-current handling, reliable sealing, and resistance to vibration, temperature extremes, and harsh operating environments.

Highlighted solutions for EV applications include:

  • E-mobility connectivity – An expansive portfolio of high-voltage connectors designed to support faster acceleration, instant torque, and improved driving performance.

  • E-mobility solutions for commercial vehicles – HIVONEX connectors and charging systems that enable a smooth transition into heavy-duty electrification.

  • E-mobility performance materials – Robust, lightweight materials engineered to meet the performance demands of EV and hybrid vehicles.

  • 48-V automotive connectivity – Products that support the transition from 12V to 48V architectures, improving efficiency and reducing weight for electrified platforms.

  • Data connectivity systems – Reliable, high-speed connectivity solutions for sensors and antennas critical to EV system performance.

TE experts will be available to discuss design-for-manufacturing strategies, system integration, and compliance with evolving standards to help accelerate the development of electric mobility platforms.
