Leekr Technology is expanding its intelligent chassis portfolio for electric and software-defined vehicles, with technologies spanning brake-by-wire, electric steering, steer-by-wire, and centralized chassis control.
The company has moved its DHB-LK decoupled hydraulic braking system and IHB-LK integrated hydraulic braking system into mass production and is continuing development of an electromechanical braking system.
Its steering portfolio includes C/DP-EPS and R-EPS systems, along with the upcoming SBW-LK steer-by-wire system. A 13.5-kN high-rack-force DP-EPS system is already in mass production for mid- and large-size electric vehicle platforms.
Leekr is also developing centralized chassis control that coordinates braking and steering functions to manage longitudinal and lateral vehicle motion. The architecture is designed for millisecond-level response and can receive software updates over the air.
The company says its braking and steering systems meet ASIL-D functional safety requirements and comply with standards including ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434. Its products have also received E-MARK certification and comply with UN Regulation No. 13-H.
Leekr reports that its chassis technologies have accumulated more than 4.5 billion km of road testing and validation and have been selected for more than 60 vehicle programs. The company is also extending the same control technologies into autonomous vehicle applications including robotaxis and delivery vehicles.
