AI tool analyzes EV charging network performance

By Michelle Froese | September 1, 2026

Driivz has introduced a new AI-powered Network Optimization Agent designed to help electric vehicle (EV) charging operators use network data to improve charging performance and operations.

The tool, called NOA, analyzes data generated across charging networks and provides operational insights and recommendations.

Driivz says the system is intended to help operators identify network issues more quickly and make better use of data from chargers, vehicles, energy systems, payment platforms, and other connected services.

The company is positioning the tool around several common charging-network challenges, including charger availability, energy use, network utilization, and operating complexity as charging infrastructure scales.

According to Driivz’s 2026 State of EV Charging Report, 63% of industry respondents identified insufficient data quality or availability as a barrier to expanding the use of AI, while 55% cited cost concerns or unclear return on investment.

Driivz will demonstrate NOA at the Intercharge Network Conference in Berlin this week, from September 1 to 3, 2026.
