Advancing EV performance with precision testing

By Michelle Froese | September 29, 2025

The Battery Show returns for its 15th year as North America’s largest advanced battery event. Yokogawa Test & Measurement will exhibit at Booth 2314, presenting its latest solutions for precision testing and optimization of EV components, motor drives, inverters, and battery storage systems.

The company’s portfolio includes digital power analyzers, oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems, and ScopeCorders. These are tools designed to deliver the accuracy and reliability essential for accelerating design cycles, improving energy efficiency, and ensuring compliance with evolving industry standards.

From R&D through production, Yokogawa equips engineering teams with the insights needed to optimize performance and bring safer, higher-performing technologies to market faster.

As part of its expanding portfolio, Yokogawa will highlight the new SL2000 High-Speed Data Acquisition Unit, a ScopeCorder series product designed for EV development and durability testing.

The SL2000 combines oscilloscope-level speed with long-duration data recording, enabling multi-channel analysis of motors, inverters, batteries, and in-vehicle networks, helping engineers validate e-mobility technologies with greater efficiency and precision.
